The Customer is responsible for making IndySweetsNTreats aware of any potential allergies!!

 

PURCHASES

Payments must be received in full before single treat items are made.

 

DEPOSITS
50% Deposit is REQUIRED for all event treat orders to secure your date. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!!! Remaining balance is due two weeks before the order is needed. 
 

*If you need to add or change anything to your order, please contact IndySweetsNTreats immediately but no later than a week before the order is needed. (Depending on the awareness of the add or change determines the possible changes)*

RUSH ORDERS
All rush orders are determined upon awareness of the order! All rush orders must be PAID IN FULL!

 

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

NO REFUNDS! All sales are FINAL!! Changes will be made if a customer is not satisfied with an order. If a customer needs to cancel they have an option to move the order to another date IF AVAILABLE!
